step 2 Explore private ranches and book easily

step 3 Pay for your trip securely online

step 4 Enjoy your private fly fishing experience

Large ranch with over 10 miles of mountain creeks and streams near where Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid called home. First stretch of water is easily accessible by car and foot. Second stretch of water requires one hour drive on backcountry roads, only accessible by UTV or side by side. UTV and side by side’s can be rented in town. Fishing is spectacular with the chance to complete the trout grand slam (i.e. rainbow, brown, brook and cutthroat) in one day. Trout average 10-16″ in length. You’ll be catching trout on dry flies every other cast at this location! Want to make a long weekend or week out of it? Camping is permitted here. River access is very easy around the homestead and on the backcountry stream. Access can get a little dicey as you venture more than 1.5 miles from the homestead so please be careful.

Please allow up to 2 business days for booking confirmations.

Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Stream was smaller than I expected from the listing. Fish were small but actively feeding. Beautiful site. Access was easy. It would have been helpful to know that the back section of the ranch was unavailable after September 1 prior to booking

We were just made aware of this change this fall and will make sure to let our anglers know ahead of time in the future. Thanks for your feedback!

Just. Wow. This property is unbelievable. It’s as remote as you can get in the lower 48. We caught brown, brook and rainbow trout on dry flies all day. The landowner was willing to take us to the backcountry section of the stream for a few extra dollars.

Right now, we’re focused on Colorado and Wyoming. But don’t worry, we plan to list properties in other states soon. Our goal is to provide you with new water access no matter where you’re traveling.

We offer subscriptions to all anglers. Subscriptions offer anglers discounted rod fees, priority booking and more. $25 of every subscription is donated to a fly fishing nonprofit like Trout Unlimited, Fishing the Good Fight, Casting for Recovery and Project Healing Waters.
