Come check out the breathtaking vistas in Northern California on the Middle Fork of the Feather River. This property boasts 1 mile on the Middle Fork of the Feather River, 1 mile on Poplar Creek, and 4 Ponds that fish lights out. The Middle Fork of the Feather river was one of the first nationally designated wild and scenic rivers. You will find Brown and Rainbow Trout on this property. If you want some easy fishing then hit the ponds, looking for a challenge then Poplar Creek is where it is at. The creek definitely has fish in it, but it is tight and narrow. This property is great for the whole family, the access is easy and the river is scenic.

Want to make a long weekend or week out of it? Camping is permitted here and the site overlooks Poplar Creek.

Please allow up to 2 business days for booking confirmations.

Camping prices are per vehicle/per day. Camping is dispersed camping. Please practice “leave no trace” principles and pack out all trash. This property has potable water and bathrooms available.  Campfires must be a propane gas ring, no open fires allowed. Wildlife such as bears and mountain lions do frequent the property.

Lodging options are available, just ask. This is a great option for corporate retreats and events.

Landowners have at least 1/2 mile of river, stream or creek running through their property. Each property is vetted by RareWaters staff to ensure a premium fly fishing experience.

Right now, we’re focused on the Western United States. But don’t worry, we plan to list properties in other states soon. Our goal is to provide you with new water access no matter where you’re traveling.

We offer subscriptions to all anglers. Subscriptions offer anglers discounted rod fees, priority booking and more. $25 of every subscription is donated to Trout Unlimited, our partners in conservation.

After we receive your payment, RareWaters sends anglers a detailed property map including directions and GPS coordinates. We strongly encourage all anglers to save the GPS coordinates into their smartphones before leaving cell service. Google Maps is our preferred app for directions.
