Overview
This ranch provides over 1 mile of fly fishing access on Tarryall Creek just outside of Jefferson, Colorado. The scenery and wildlife are spectacular. Water access is perfect for the family so bring the kids along! Anglers can expect to net browns and rainbows in the 8-14″ range. This location is perfect for hopper dropper season.
Have a larger group, you can book the neighboring property to accommodate more anglers: Tarryall Creek Hidden Valley
Pretty easy and flat access to the river with gates to access the river. However, you will need to walk through a cow pasture that can have some ruts and holes from the cows.

Due to livestock and other concerns, dogs and other pets are NOT permitted on this property.

How does it work and how much does it cost?
It’s simple. You just pay as you book. Anyone can book our locations! Property access starts at $125 per angler per day. Subscriptions aren’t required but Cutthroat subscribers enjoy perks like $25 off every booking and river reports for each trip. Spend more time on the water and let us worry about the rest!
Who are the landowners?
Landowners have at least 1/2 mile of river, stream or creek running through their property. Each property is vetted by RareWaters staff to ensure a premium fly fishing experience.
Where are the properties located?
Right now, we’re focused on the Western United States. But don’t worry, we plan to list properties in other states soon. Our goal is to provide you with new water access no matter where you’re traveling.
How do my fees impact conservation?
We offer subscriptions to all anglers. Subscriptions offer anglers discounted rod fees, priority booking and more. $25 of every subscription is donated to Trout Unlimited, our partners in conservation.
How do I know where to go after I book?
After we receive your payment, RareWaters sends anglers a detailed property map including directions and GPS coordinates. We strongly encourage all anglers to save the GPS coordinates into their smartphones before leaving cell service. Google Maps is our preferred app for directions.
